Welcome to Senate District 20 Democratic Farmer Labor Party. Acting chair Shawn Groth explains what's next after redistricting.
My name is Shawn Groth, I'm the acting chair of the new Senate District 20 Democratic Farmer Labor Party (DFL).
Political junkies were waiting with great anticipation Tuesday for the new district maps to be released.
Our senate district remains mostly in its old form with a few exceptions: We lose Sibley County and pick up more of Scott County with the addition of Elko-New Market (city and township).

So what's next?
The Senate District 20 DFL will begin working on organizing our convention where we will elect new party officers and endorse candidates for State Senate and House.

No candidates have announced as of yet.
State House District 20B

Patrick Ganey
We will work on creating opportunities for folks to meet our candidates during the endorsement race and beyond.
