A volunteer manning the traffic barricade at the intersection of Fourth and Division streets – where the autos on display entered the Lowbrow parking area – said the car count exceeded 100 by 4:45 p.m., 15 minutes before the event was to begin. A stream of cars continue to flow into the area well past 5 o’clock.
