Hi Michael. My name is Ashley and I work with Finish Line Wellness in Burnsville. I saw your posting about the ADHD presentation at Falcon Ridge Middle School tonight at 6:00pm. We were wondering if we would be able to offer free chair massages during the talk for those that attend. Hi, Michael! Best of luck with the 18-mile charity walk this weekend. My wife and I are doing a six-day, 100-mile walk in the Scottish Highlands in July. A year ago, I weighed 205 pounds and was terribly out of shape. Then I started walking regularly. Now I weigh about 165 pounds, and today I biked 22 miles and walked 7.5 miles, with energy to spare. Keep up the walking. It really makes a big, big difference!
