Video PSA Finalists Selected; Voting Starts Saturday
Watch the videos here, then vote at the Northfield Healthy Community Initiative website. Voting ends Sept. 30.

Three finalists have been selected for this year’s video .
The contest, sponsored by the Northfield Healthy Community Initiative and the Mayor’s Task Force on Youth Alcohol & Drug Use, asks the city's youth to create a short video about a theme that influences their peers.

This year's topic is "youth under pressure." Youth were encouraged to produce a video showing what is creating stress and pressure in their lives, how they cope, how they find balance, and what would help them lessen pressure and stress.
Two $200 prizes will be awarded.

This year’s finalists are:
• "They Grow Up Quick,” produced by Logan Reginier.
• "Prom Pressure” produced by Samantha Roback and Hanna Bubser.
• "Wave,” produced by Seth Hanson and Chen Ye.
Samantha and Hanna produced last year’s top vote-getter, “That Losing Goal.” The winning video, as well as nine other videos from last year's contest, can be seen on Patch ( and ).
