My understanding is that Vietnamese food is less spicy and sweet (but can still be spicy), and uses much more seafood...and almost no soy sauce. For the record. There is a HUGE difference between American Chinese food and actual Chinese food. Our "Chinese" food is much sweeter, and more things are fried.   more ›
