My wife and I make every effort to shop locally - its one of our core values - so we shop at Monkey See Books instead of Amazon, we're pretty regular in the local restaurants. We're huge fans of the Sketchy Artist, Sisters Ugly, the coop, etc.
So, when we decided to get an XBox for the family this christmas, naturally, I checked out Echo DVD and Games to buy a couple of used XBOX 360 games, which I did.
Turns out the game we bought used has a read error around level 6, and also won't copy to the hard drive. No problem, I thought, they had a couple more, and this happens to used games every now and again.
The employee at the store accused me of damaging the disk and trying to swap it. I mentioned that it plays fine for 5 levels, but then freezes, and won't copy to the hard drive. He then accused me of trying to pirate the game (copy it to the hard drive and return it). Just completely refused to exchange the game for another one.
Really disappointed.
