Had such a difficult time dealing with this business. A product was put on our floor while waiting for ours to come in and Jerry Behr seemed to think that I wanted to keep the mismatched product on our floor - he said "I thought that we all agreed that it looked okay"...Yes, it looked okay for the time being until our ACTUAL product came in. When I called to ask for it to be put in he couldn't believe that I was asking for it "out of the blue"... Good luck if you decide to go with this place...
