Art and Wine Night at Northfield Arts Guild


When: 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.

Where: 
Northfield Arts Guild, 304 Division St.

Details: 
Sip wine and create in a fun environment. This is an on-going series where you can relax and unwind as you gather to create the featured work of the night. The fee is $20 for members and $25 non-members; plus $8 materials fee. Register online at northfieldartsguild.org or call 507-645-8877.

Proclamation's Proclaim Christmas Concert


When: 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.

Where: Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 20270 Iberia Ave. in Lakeville.

The fifth annual Christmas show features Twin Cities group Proclamation!

A Merry Little Flea Market


When: 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7.

Where: Northfield Ballroom, 1055 Highway 3 N. in Northfield.

Details: The holiday flea market features antiques, collectibles, jewelry, clothing, tools, Legos, coins, and other vintage items. Admission to the event is free, and food and drink will be available. For more information, email the organizers at northfieldfleamarket@charter.net.

S.M.A.R.T. 'Holiday Shop & Eat Retreat'


When: noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7.

Where: J. Grundy's Rueb 'N' Stein, 503 Division St. in Northfield.

Details: The event is free to attend and features free chair massages, a bake sale, 25 vendors, and a drawing for more than $1,000 in prizes. Drawings start at 3 p.m. In addition, donations of various pet supplies such as pet food, cat litter, pet shampoo and conditioner, clean and gently used bedding, bleach, paper towels, and laundry soap are being accepted at the door. Each donations carries with it the change to win a gift from Tastefully Simple valued at $75.
