Who Wants to Be a Princess for a Day?

The event will allow girls from age 4 to 11 to spend time playing games, making crafts, visiting the Royal Hair & Nail Salon, and have a "royal tea" with the DJJD royalty.

The Defeat of Jesse James Days royalty is hosting a Princess for a Day, which is an event for young girls who are interested in being pampered and having fun with the royalty.

The event is schedule for 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, at the .

This is a fundraising event to benefit the DJJD royalty scholarship program.

The event will allow girls from age 4 to 11 to spend time playing games, making crafts, visiting the Royal Hair & Nail Salon, and have a “royal tea” with the DJJD royalty, while learning how to walk and wave like a princess for a fashion show at noon for the parents.

There will be a special appearance from Northfield’s own Miss Rodeo Minnesota Sabrina Behr.

Attendees will receive a tiara, tote bag, royal photo, snack and many prizes.

Registration fee is $25 and forms are available at the Northfield Historical Society Museum and www.djjd.org.
