Northfielders flocked to last week for the final concert of the Books & Stars program.

Tim Gadban, Scott Marsalis, Jim Moss and Lisa Soltermann of Inish Mohr played songs that got the crowd of all ages to clap and dance.

Booker the book mobile (and helpful staff) offered a respite from the heat as visitors browsed the 5,000 plus titles ranging from youth reading to modern fiction. To find out how to have the book mobile visit your area, contact the Friends of the Northfield Public Library.
