Raiders Roundup: Boys Hockey, Girls Basketball Win; Boys Basketball, Girls Hockey Lose

Here's a roundup of Northfield Raiders sports from Tuesday night.

• Boys varsity hockey went down to Waseca and got a 6-0 win on two goals each from Andrew Scofield and Cody Colegrove and a goal each from Taylor Freiermuth and Colton Woodruff. The Raiders, now 4-0 on the season, next play 2 p.m. Saturday at New Ulm.

• Girls varsity basketball visited Albert Lea and left with a 61-40 win. The team, now 3-0 on the season, next plays 7:30 p.m. Friday at Rochester John Marshall.

• Boys varsity basketball lost at to St. Thomas Academy 62-44. The team, now 0-2, next plays 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Rochester Mayo.

• Girls varsity hockey lost 5-4 in overtime at New Prague. The Raiders, now 4-3 on the season, next play 2 p.m. Saturday against Chaska/Chanhassen.
