A Raider has become a Bulldog.
Northfield High School senior Allyson Harris on Friday signed and agreed to a full-ride scholarship to play basketball at the University of Minnesota—Duluth.
Harris told the Northfield News that she's excited to start her collegiate career next year but wants to finish her final year as a Raider on a good note.
“I actually used to hate basketball,” Harris said. “But I love it now obviously. It’s crazy it’s my last season, so I’m just trying to make the most of it.”
Here are her career stats as a Raider*:
Four-year varsity member (three as a starter)
- 800 career points
- 436 rebounds
- 97 assists
- 71 steals
- 207 blocked shots
- 10.1 scoring average in 79 games
- Two-time honorable mention for all-conference
- Pre-season top 100 player
