This class is about movement, whole body/all the joints gently being moved in all the right directions. Easy, flowing dance movements that work all the moving parts. This Mind-Body Based, technique (developed by Marion Rosen, Physical Therapist, Somatics Pioneer & Founder of Rosen method) was designed to prevent injuries, teach somatic movement with a sequence of stretches, joint mobilizations, and dance-like movements that are done to music, designed for & embraced by all ages. Experience physical renewal and mental release. This is not an aerobic or cardiovascular training class but about movement awareness, and flexibility.
