Find out the secret of kettlebell training & why it is so effective at burning calories and toning the entire body in this mixed format class designed for NSC members. We combine Kettle bell training & the latest in free weight strengthening. Shape the legs, arms, midsection in this specialty class which also incorporates body weight exercises & medicine ball training for a unique workout that will tone, help you increase your metabolism, strength & physical abilities. Exercises are followed with appropriate stretches for muscles used in the workout. Taught by Instructor/Trainer with a 20 yr track record in fitness who has been an Instructor Trainer for a National Fitness Certification agency, NETA, and who is NSC membership age. . All equipment is provided, just register & get ready for fun!
Instructor: Lu Herbeck – NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and NETA Personal Trainer. 20 yrs certified experience in fitness at all levels
