Northfield Public Schools Delayed Two Hours Thursday

On Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014 Northfield Public Schools will be delayed by two hours and some classes are completely cancelled due to extremely frigid weather in the forecast:

The Northfield Public Schools will open two hours late on Thursday, January 23rd 2014 due to the extremely cold temperatures.

When school opens two hours late, half-day morning Kindergarten and pre-school classes are cancelled. Morning kid ventures is also cancelled.

The National Weather Service is once again predicting dangerously cold temperatures and wind-chills as low as -36 degrees Fahrenheit overnight and throughout the day Thursday. A wind chill advisory is in effect until noon Thursday.
