Busy Night Planned at Northfield Middle School on Monday

A Cinco de Mayo celebration, Mother's Day book sale and school choir concert are scheduled for Monday, May 6. The events had been scheduled for May 2, but were rescheduled because of Northfield Public Schools' snow day.

Editor's Note: The following information is from the Northfield Public Schools website.

Northfield Middle School will be hosting an evening full of books, music and Cinco de Mayo fun, starting at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 6. Current and incoming middle school students and their families are invited to participate in one or all of these events, rescheduled because of the weather.

In conjunction with the 6th Annual Mother’s Day Book Sale in the media center, the middle school will be offering a Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.
