Annual pancake breakfast to raise funds for the animals at Prairie's Edge Humane Society

Prairie's Edge Humane Society will be hosting its annual Pancakes for Pets this Sunday, January 27th from 8:30 AM - noon at the Northfield Eagles Club, 304 S. Water St. in Northfield.  Only $6 ($3 for children under 8) for all you can eat pancakes, sausages, juice and coffee!  A very inexpensive way to help the homeless animals at Prairie's Edge Humane Society (PEHS) and get a good breakfast as well!

PEHS helped over 1000 animals in 2012 and we expect to help just as many if not more in 2013.  PEHS is an open door animal shelter which means we help them all; the sick, the old, the injured.  We do not pick and choose who is the least costly to help, we simply take them in and help them however we can. Some animals may spend an extended length of time at the PEHS shelter while they recuperate from surgeries, injuries or simply wait to be adopted.  Animals do not run out of time at PEHS, some spend just a few weeks prior to finding their forever home and some have spent up to a year with us before being adopted.

Please join us for pancakes on Sunday morning and help these animals who are so helpless!
