"Chip N Clip" Microchip and Nail Trim Clinic, Saturday, April 14

Microchip and nail trim clinic to benefit Prairie's Edge Humane Society

Have you microchipped your pet yet?  Does your pet need a nail trim? Well here is your opportunity to do both at a very reasonable price and help out the animals at Prairie’s Edge Humane Society at the same time.

will be holding a “Chip N Clip” event at Chuck and Don’s Pet Food Outlet in Dundas on Saturday, April 14th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.  Don’t miss this great opportunity to have your pet microchipped for only $20 by Prairie’s Edge Humane Society. You will not find a better price on microchipping.  Microchipping is a great gift for your pet!  Should your pet ever become lost, all veterinary clinics and animal shelters have a universal scanner to check for a microchip so that your pet can be safely returned to you.  Don't let your pet become one of the many lost animals never reunited with it's family. Don't just microchip your dog, remember your kitty can become lost or accidently sneak out the door as well.

Once your pet is microchipped, how about a nail trim?  Nail trims for your pet will be offered for only $5.  All proceeds benefit the Prairie’s Edge Humane Society.  Don’t miss out!  No appointment necessary. Microchip insertion takes only minutes, about as much time as a vaccination. Microchips are paper thin and about the length of a grain of rice.  They are inserted just below the skin between the shoulders of your pet. Cost includes the initial registration of your pet's microchip by Prairie's Edge Humane Society. There is an annual maintenance fee after one year of $14.95 or a lifetime maintenance fee of $39.95. The microchip company will notify you when this is due.  We do ask that all pets attending the "Chip N Clip" event be on a leash or in a carrier for safety reasons.
