Goals Met, Heroes Made at Greenvale Park Elementary
Greenvale Park students achieve their goals and help each other out.
CONGRATULATIONS to the September Gecko Goal Getters and Playground Heroes at !
Students at Greenvale are encouraged live by the school mantra of "Set a goal, persevere, and succeed." Students were challenged by their classroom teachers to read 100 books over the summer, and each of the following students met this goal:
McKenna Hennager, Maddie Smith, Ryan Marks, Matthew Malecha, Isabella Bathen, Jaida Gehring, Riley Wagner, and Quentin DuLac. Way to go!

Playground Heroes are students who are nominated by playground specialists when they are witnessed doing something particularly valiant on the playground. Fourth-grader Lida King was nominated for "going to play with a friend who had no one to play with." Heroic indeed!
Expect October to be filled with even more Greenvale Goal Getters and Heroes!
