Sen. Kevin Dahle Hosts Town Hall Meetings

The meetings will cover legislative agenda and the highlights of the session.

Senator Dahle is set to launch a two-day, eight-town series of town hall meetings, designed to hear from as many residents of District 20 as possible.  The Senator invites all constituents to join with their neighbors in an informal listening session to discuss issues that will be considered in the Legislature in the coming months.

“I look forward to meeting with constituents to discuss the issues that are most important to our communities,” said Senator Dahle. “The Legislature has a lot to think about this year, and these meetings help me better serve the people I represent.”

Senator Dahle will be joined by Representative Kelby Woodard (20A) at meetings in Belle Plaine, New Prague, Elko New Market, Le Sueur and Le Center. Representative David Bly (20B) will join the Senator for meetings in Montgomery, Lonsdale and Northfield.  Attendees will be able to ask questions of both Senator Dahle and their Representative, in addition to learning more about the issues and providing feedback in the form of surveys.

“Eight town hall meetings in two days may be a lot, but it’s important to me that my office is accessible and that I hear from as many individuals as possible.  Please join me at any one of our events to be part of the dialogue about the direction our state is headed.”
