  • Set a June 5 public hearing for the sale of capital improvement bonds to fund a new . The maximum bond issuance was set at $7.28 million.
  • Gave city employees a 2.5 percent cost-of-living wage increase, effective July 1. Wages were frozen in 2010 and 2011.
  • Set a first reading of a  for June 5. The council approved it 5-1—Councilor Rhonda Pownell dissented, Council Suzie Nakasian was absent.
