Two Injured in Crash on Interstate 35

The crash left two injured—Randy M. Kruckeberg, 46, of Claremont, and William Mosca, a 69-year-old Northfield man.

Two men are recovering after an accident on Interstate 35.

Randy M. Kruckeberg, 46, of Claremont, and William Mosca, a 69-year-old Northfield man, were taken to Faribault Hospital after the collision on Tuesday afternoon. Both suffered non-life-threatening injuries during the crash.

The crash occurred just before 4 p.m. near the Waterville exit. Both drivers were headed southbound on Interstate 35 when one rear-ended the other. The report from the Minnesota State Patrol does not specify which vehicle was rear-ended, nor does it hint at what may have caused the crash. The road was dry and clear at the the time. No alcohol detected on either man.

The patrol said Mosca's 2012 Dodge Caravan sustained moderate damage during the incident. Kruckeberg's 2003 Chevy Impala was totaled.

Faribault Fire and North Ambulance assisted with the accident.
