Another Bank Robbed; Suspect's Description Similar to Northfield Credit Union Robber from April

At approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, a lone white male entered Central Bank, 2120 Hennepin Avenue South, Minneapolis, brandished a gun and demanded cash from a teller.

Another metro-area bank was robbed on Tuesday, Nov. 22, in similar fashion to April's robbery of the .

At approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, a lone white male entered Central Bank, 2120 Hennepin Avenue South, Minneapolis, brandished a gun and demanded cash from a teller, according to the FBI. The robber took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the bank on foot.

The robber was described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 5 feet 11 inches, thin to medium build and in his late 20s to early 30s. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a black ski mask. He had a deep voice.

The description matches the suspect from recent robberies in , , and an attempted robbery in Bloomington. The description of the suspect and circumstances around those robberies also match a and a robbery that happened Nov. 1 at the .

Those descriptions are also similar to the man the FBI is looking for in connection to the Northfield robbery, as well as robberies in Savage, . It's also a similar description to suspects for bank robberies in and .

The alleged Northfield robber is described as white male who is about 25 years old, according to FBI Special Agent Steve Warfield. The man is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and between 190 and 210 pounds. He wore a black-hooded jacket, a dark mask that covered his face from below his nose, blue jeans, dark gloves and black and white sneakers, the agent said.
