Civil War Roundtable Monthly Meeting

The Cannon City Civil War Roundtable will meet at the Faribault Senior Center, 19 W. Division Street in Faribault on Thursday, May 15th at 7 p.m.

Admission is free to the public.
 
 Brandon Peeters, Owatonna, will be speaking about the Battle of Shiloh - including presenting a documentary by the National Military Park Service.  Brandon, 16 years old, has been a Civil War enthusiast since he was in third grade. 
 Brandon is currently the youngest member of the Cannon Valley Civil War Roundtable, the only student member of Governor Dayton's Civil War Commemoration Task Force and a member of the Third Minnesota Volunteer Infantry re-enactment group.  Brandon enjoys spending time researching the Civil War and then sharing what he learns.
