St. Olaf Graduate Passes Away at 78
John Edward Swensen's funeral is set for Friday in Fargo, ND.
John Edward Swensen of Fargo, ND passed away at the age of 78 Dec. 2, 2013.
According to his obituary on Legacy.com, Swensen was surrounded by family and friends as he passed away at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. He graduated high school from North Park Academy in Chicago in 1953, St. Olaf College in 1957, and Luther Seminary in St. Paul in 1961.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6 at Olivet Lutheran Church, 1330 University Dr. S. in Fargo, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.
