GED Testing Available February 21, 2013

Adult Basic Education GED testing available in February.

GED testing will be offered from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 21 through Northfield Public Schools Community Services. Testing is held at the Northfield Community Resource Center (NCRC 2nd floor), 1651 Jefferson Parkway.  Pre-registration is required and testing costs $120. Testing continues on the 3rd Thursday of the month through May.

Testers must be 19 years of age or older and must have a valid MN ID. Individuals under the age of 19 are eligible to apply for an age waiver after taking classes through Dakota Prairie ABE. GED testing is sponsored by Dakota Prairie ABE, a partner program of Community Services. Call 507.664.3764 or 651.463.5085 to register or for more information about the GED.

Northfield Public Schools Community Services includes recreation and enrichment programming, Early Childhood Family Education, driver education, KidVentures, EarlyVentures Learning Center, Connected Kids, Middle School Youth Center, Hand-in-Hand Preschool, Adult Basic Education and Project ABLE.
