Northfield Metro Express Adds Express Midday Service to MSP International Airport
Due to increased ridership and demand, the Northfield Metro Express will increase routes to the Mall of America and MSP International Airport.
Due to increased ridership and demand, the Northfield Metro Express, daily route service between Northfield and the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul will increase routes to the Mall of America and MSP International Airport. The new mid-day route will begin on September 10, 2012.
Since the service began in September 2009, the Northfield Metro Express has transported nearly 40,000 passengers. “The Minneapolis airport is our number one stop, closely followed by the Mall of America. We are excited to offer our riders additional stop intervals to both locations.” Said John Benjamin
The Northfield Metro Express route service operates 365 days a year, including all major holidays. One-way tickets are only $12.00, which includes one large suitcase and one carry-on. Additional luggage is only $5.00/bag.
