Driving Minnesota Toward Zero Deaths

Summertime is a deadly time on the road. Remember to pay attention.

Last week was among Minnesota's deadliest period of the year on the road.  The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) officials say last week (Aug. 1-7) was the third deadliest week of 2011 on Minnesota roads. Since Aug. 1, 13 people have been killed on state roads, according to preliminary reports from the DPS Office of Traffic Safety.

Please remember to BUCKLE UP, obey speed limits, and drive sober.
