Northfield City Council - Ward 4
Only those living in Northfield's Ward 4 will be tasked with hitting the polls this year to officially elect a candidate to fill the seat vacated by Patrick Ganey last year. Ganey resigned from his post after accepting a position at Middlebury College in Vermont. Jessica Peterson White was appointed by the council last fall to sit in Ganey's seat until this fall's special election.

Candidate Forums
Two candidate forums were scheduled before Election Day: one at the Contented Cow on Oct. 17 and the other on Oct. 28 in Room 103 at the Northfield Senior Center, 1651 Jefferson Pkwy.See Patch's "City Council Candidates Meet at Contented Cow Forum" for a video link that chronicled the meeting.
Where Do I Vote?
There are two polling locations for Ward 4 residents:
- Precinct 1: St. John's Lutheran Church, 500 Third Street W.
- Precinct 2: St. Olaf College Buntrock Commons, 1520 St. Olaf Ave.
