Antique quarter sawn white oak, walnut and cherry table - $425

Antique quarter sawn white oak top with hand shaped cherry legs and walnut apron on this table. Restored and ready for a new chapter. A bit of its history: found in a barn, covered in dust, at Ross Camp in West Lafayette, Indiana (home of Purdue University and once a training facility for WWII), this table was thought to be used for military events during WWII at the camp and old even then. While the top was restored, the base could not be and thus my woodworker husband hand shaped these cherry legs and lovingly brought the entire table back to life. Wish I had a before picture. Maybe this table could be for your dining room, or use it as an entry table with a vase of fresh flowers atop it, perhaps place it in your library. Wherever it may be it will surely add character. If you are like us and love knowing the history of a piece of furniture then this is for you. 45" across x 43" across x 30 1/4" tall

Exotic Red Golden Pheasant Chicks - $20

For sale are beautiful Golden Pheasant chicks. I have the parents onsite and we have hand raised the chicks. All chicks are healthy and strong and were hatched within the last 14 days. I believe we have a nice mix of hens and roosters.  Red Golden Pheasants come from the mountains of Central China, and are beautiful, intelligent and curious. Although cautious, they can be easily tamed with a handful of greens. They are hardy, even in our chilly climate, and are one of the easiest to raise and breed in backyard aviaries. We are located near Northfield, approximately 35 minutes south of Minneapolis and St Paul. Please email with any questions.
