Crafters Find Creative Ways to Reuse, Recycle
Antler lamps and sweater mittens are among items at DJJD Craft Show.

A zipper becomes a purse; a worn sweater is reshaped into wooly mittens; deer antlers become intriguing lampstands. This year's Defeat of Jesse James Days at the boasts dozens of exhibitors, many of whom are selling creatively reused and recycled clothing and housewares. The show runs from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and Saturday.

In addition to the Arts and Craft Show, shopper can check out the outdoor Craft Show 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at and the Northfield Arts Guild Riverfront Fine Arts and Crafts Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday on the Cannon Riverwalk in downtown.
