Chamber Announces Business Award Winners

The Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year and Ambassador of the Year were named.

The Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce this week announced winners of its annual business awards.

NAPA Auto Parts was named Business of the Year; Charles Sewich of Heartman Insurance was named Business Person of the Year; Jean Taylor of Taylor Truck Line was named Ambassador of the Year.

"These pillars of the business community lead by example, contribute time and energy, and help create a healthy economic climate," said Mary Schmelzer, executive director of the Chamber

More information on the recognition will come at a later time; the annual banquet has been moved to the fall.
