My opponent thinks we did a lot wrong, and I tried to unpack the budget related issues earlier and now I've tried to address the land use issues.

Land use planning issues are critical to Northfield's success, budget and character. How the City plans and regulates land use shapes how we grow, preserve natural resources, and what you can do with your property. In practical terms, once we build streets and plat lots, it changes the landscape for a very long time.  Understanding land use planning is critical and I've tried to explain what Northfield has on the books and what we can do better.
