Join special guest, Dexter, a PEHS certified explosives detection dog at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and his trainer, Jan Ballard, of the MSP Airport K-9 unit for the Prairie’s Edge Humane Society 25th Anniversary Dinner and Silent Auction. 

Prairie’s Edge Humane Society (formerly known as Rice County Humane Society) is a non-profit organization serving Rice County since 1985.
