Arts Guild Saturday's Backstage- usher/box office training

On Saturday, September 15th, the Northfield Arts Guild Theater is hosting a training for enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals to serve as volunteer ushers and box office staff. This season, we are excited to have a new ticket design and a few new procedures, so even if you're a seasoned volunteer, we'd love to have you attend this training.

Volunteers provide invaluable services by tracking ticket sales, handing out programs, assisting patrons to their seats, answering questions, and notably, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our patrons. And you see the show for free!

Volunteering is a great way for theater-lovers to support the Arts Guild and get an inside look at the workings of a busy theater company. Volunteers are the backbone of our house management program; we value your interest and generous donation of time. Box office staff members must be at least 18 years old. Ushers must be at least 10 years old; children under the age of 14 must work with a parent or guardian.

Join us: Saturday's Backstage, September 15th, 10:30am to 12:00 noon. At the Northfield Arts Guild Theater, 411 W. Third St.
