Opal Dawn Kelly was born 2:52 p.m. Monday.

Sharon and Josh Kelly of Mounds View welcomed their daughter, Opal Dawn Kelly, at 2:52 p.m. Monday.
She weighed 9 lbs. 9 ounces and was 21.5 inches tall.
