The Key has several delicious fundraising events coming up, thanks to some amazing support from local businesses and individuals!
We are working very hard to raise funds for both our capital campaign for our new facility and for general operating funds to keep the lights on and the programs going strong. For those of you who love good food, please make a reservation soon for the following events:
At 5 p.m. Sunday, April 17, Fermentations is hosting a five-course food and wine tasting.
They are generously donating food, wine and staff time so that all of the proceeds will go to The Key. Cost is $100 per person. Call Fermentations at 507-645-8345 to make a reservation. Spots are filling up! Ecotrans will also be providing complimentary round-trip transportation. To schedule a pick-up, email your address and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
From 5-9 p.m. on April 25, May 2 and May 9, we are offering a series of cooking classes with Ed and Anne Lundstrom. You can sign up for one, two or three of these incredible classes! You will learn how to prepare a full meal and enjoy wine with dinner. Call Amy Merritt at 507-403-1233 to reserve a spot. Cost is $125 per peron. All proceeds go to The Key.

Short ribs with balsamic glace

Salmon enpapillote with
champagne basil cream sauce
Dessert (prepared by chefs): baked alaska
And finally, we are hosting a joint fundraiser with Northfield Rotary on May 21. The details have yet to be decided, but we do know that it will be a delicious Italian dinner with entertainment.
