Northfield Youth Choirs to Present Spring Concert

The Northfield Youth Choirs' spring concert, "Sing Along," will be presented Sunday, May 4, at 2 p.m. at St. Olaf College's Boe Chapel. The concert will feature singing at all stages of life, from the sweet and joyful voices of the first- and second-graders in Junior Singers to the warm and soulful sounds of the high school, college and community members of the multi-generational group, Chorale.

"With the heartwarming and uplifting music of Holst to the American authors, and works by local composers Dan Kallman and Mary Carpenter Davis, it will be an afternoon worth your while," said NYC Artistic Director Liz Shepley.

A cookie and punch reception will follow in Buntrock Commons. The concert is free and open to the public, but freewill donations are welcomed.
