Lisa Franxman Joins First National

First National Bank of Northfield, the longtime cornerstone of Northfield’s banking community, announced that it has hired Lisa Franxman as vice president of business banking. Franxman brings more than 13 years of banking experience to First National.

First National Senior Vice President Pam Galle said, “We’re excited to welcome Lisa to our team. Her knowledge of banking needs and relationship-focused approach make her a perfect fit for us and the clients we serve.”

Prior to joining the First National team, Franxman served as the president and bank manager for Anchor Bank’s Farmington, Minn., and Lakeville, Minn., locations. Franxman will work one-to-one with First National’s business customers to find solutions that will meet their needs – from loans and deposit accounts to payroll and merchant card services. Franxman will be located at the bank’s Downtown location and will serve customers in Northfield and the surrounding communities.

Franxman lives in Farmington with her husband, Norbert, and their three children. She is a dedicated member of the Farmington Lions Club and the Dakota County Chamber of Commerce, and is an avid volunteer in her church’s youth group program.
