DJJD Junior Ambassadors Selected

Anna Olsen, age 8, and Faith Koktavy, age 6, were crowned during the Junior Ambassador Coronation Saturday at the Weitz Center for Creativity.

Anna Olsen, age 8, and Faith Koktavy, age 6, are the new 2014 Defeat of Jesse James Days Junior Ambassadors, which were selected on Saturday.  Anna is the daughter of Nate and Alicia Olsen and was sponsored by Gergens Plumbing & Home Services. Faith is the daughter of Mark & Farrah Koktavy and was sponsored by Benjamin Bus.

Anna and Faith will begin their year long reign at the DJJD Celebration in September.  They will spend the year attending many special events and parades promoting the Defeat of Jesse James Days and learning about the spirit of volunteerism.

Jack Linder and Annabelle Rezac were the 2013 Jr. Ambassadors who are giving up their titles but have had a terrific time and they want everyone to know how much fun they have had.  As Jack said at coronation,  " I would like to be a DJJD Junior Ambassador for a thousand years!"
