Bridge Square Planning Open House Set for Monday Night

The city is looking to make eventual improvements to what is affectionately called "Northfield's Living Room," and public input is desired.

The City of Northfield and the Streetscape Task Force are hosting the second of three open houses Monday night regarding the master plan for Bridge Square.

Elected and appointed city officials, professional staff, the project's consultant, and members of the task force will all be in attendance Monday night. The open house aims to gain citizen input and answer citizens' questions.

The open house will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Dec. 9 in the Riverview Conference Room of the Archer House, 212 Division St. According to a release, a live Web conference is tentatively scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11. This session will include a panel including the consultant and city staff.
