Come and shake your sillies out at the Y this winter. Each class session will begin with a circle time that will include songs, chants and rhymes, paired with dances and hand movements. Then the gym will be open for some running, jumping and rolling fun.
Session 1: Tuesdays, Jan 8-Feb 5
