Sculpt your body with a Professional Personal Trainer for the price of just a drop in Class! Great fun, great fitness, motivating music. We use EVERYTHING! Bands, Medicine Balls, Training Bars, Balls, Steps, Walls - your own body weight and a dozen other fitness tools, we will help you become a more toned, strong, fit and functional you! Great and fun way to burn calories, build muscle, endurance, agility, coordination and get toned! All abilities welcome.
Instructor: Lu Herbeck - NETA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor - Lu, with 25 years as a certified industry veteran, can adapt for the beginner or the athlete and give everyone appropriate progressions. She is also an Instructor at MN School of Business in Health and Fitness and has been Director of NETA Group Fitness.

More About Northfield Senior Center
The Northfield Senior Center offers classes, activities and services for residents over the age of 50. Members have access to the senior center lounge, alcove computer, monthly newsletter and information and referrals for senior services. Classes are offered, with topics including visual arts, writing, computers and wellness. The Wellness Center features a warm water pool, a fitness center with cardio and strength-training equipment, and fitness trainers to work with older active adults. A daily meal is served at 11:30am, Monday through Friday.
