Health Craze Finds New Downtown Home

Health Craze (formerly ), a health and nutrition club owned by Jody Gunderson that features a smoothie bar and offers wellness counseling, will move from its 200 Division St. storefront in the former Medical Arts Building to 220 Division St. in the space formerly used for .

The new location offers a smaller, more intimate location more in line with what is necessary for the business, Nystuen said. Because the space used to be home to the , it already had features Health Craze needed, like a sink.

In May,  purchased the on the . Fred Rogers, the college's vice president and treasurer, wrote in an email to staff and faculty that the college intended to honor leases with existing tenants, which includes .

Nystuen, who said the move for Health Craze makes sense for the business, said a tenant is already in place to take the 200 Division St. space but couldn't elaborate on the deal.
