Former Erbert and Gerbert's Space Gets Tenants
Two new companies will fill the space at 209 Water St. S.
The space formerly used by Erbert & Gerbert's has found new tenants.
Vacant for two years, the space at 209 Water St. S. on the west bank of the Cannon River will soon house two new office spaces.
The area is in the same building as , the owner of the building.

Kurt Larson on Monday said he couldn't yet name the companies that are leasing the spaces.
Construction is ongoing and the hope is to have the work wrapped up in April.
