The packet of athletic forms that High School (9-12) students need to fill out and turn in before starting practice may be picked up in the High School Office.  Registration Forms are also available (online at www.nfld.k12.mn.us, at the east entrance to the high school, in the weight room, and the District Office).  All forms and fees, including physicals, must be turned in to the Activities Office before the student is allowed to participate in any practices.

Parents and athletes are reminded that each participant must have a current physical on file. Physicals are good for 3 years.  Those who need physicals are encouraged to schedule those in the very near future.  Physicals must be completed before the student is allowed to practice.  Physical exam forms are available at the offices of Northfield physicians.

Also included with payment of the high school athletic fee is an activity pass that will admit that student to all regular season home athletic contests, free of charge.

The Northfield High School Activities Department will again be utilizing a scheduling program for the upcoming school year (2012-13).  All game schedules will be entered in this scheduling program. The program is web-based so parents will be able to access the schedule and see exact sites, times (including bus times), updates, maps, etc.  The program will be linked to the Northfield High School website.  The program address is: www.missotaconference.org -- click  on "Member Schools," click on "Northfield High School."  One of the many handy features of the program is that anyone can receive notification of changes/cancellations/etc. by clicking on "Notify me." and setting yourself up to be notified.

Questions regarding forms should be directed to the High School Activities Office - 663-0632.
